In the heart of Tel Aviv, at 15 HaHashmal Street, stands a building constructed in 1925 by Sarah Ginzburg.
Originally designated for residential use, this building embodies the eclectic architectural style prevalent during its era.
Over the years, the building has become an iconic representation of the city’s architectural heritage. Under the guidance
of preservation architect Yoav Messer and the contractor Sgraovi-Livovich, Persko Paints has managed to restore the structure to its original splendor, utilizing modern preservation techniques and plastering systems.
