In collaboration with the Italian company KIMIA and guided by our conservation department head, Arik Avreg’il, we’ve developed a unique solution for one of Tel Aviv’s architectural challenges – the balconies. For this project, we’ve combined advanced Italian technology with Fresco’s conservation materials to offer a comprehensive and effective solution.
Project Details:
Challenge: Tel Aviv building balconies combining metal consoles and concrete casts.
Solution: Treatment using a zinc-rich mesh, fiberglass screw fastenings, and advanced concrete restoration materials.
Materials Used: Weber.tec.pr, Weber.tec.repair 60, Weber.calcha.malta M2.5, Weber.calcha INTO G, Silicate Primer F20, Silicate Paint F-SILICATO.

The project started with a thorough analysis of the existing issues, adaptation of solutions, and the professional execution of conservation works. The aim was to restore the building’s
pride and ensure its preservation for the near future.
