When it comes to challenges, we’re always up for it. Contractor Avner Gilad never ceases to test our capabilities. Located at the heart of the port, the Customs House presented a unique challenge due to the specific corrosion resulting from its proximity to water.
Our solution involved the use of WEBER.TEC.FER, a protective agent for metal, capable of raising the pH level of the metal, containing inhibitors and offering protection, all within a single product. Additionally, for the concrete restoration works, we utilized WEBER.TEC.RIPARA 60. The contractor, on the other hand, faced consistent water seepage in the basement walls while working on the ceiling.
The project has just begun, and the outcomes are already visible. As the work progresses, we anticipate encountering more challenges and resolutions.
